Andrew Raffo Dewar (b.1975 Rosario, Argentina) is a composer, soprano saxophonist, and arts organizer.
Since 1995, he has been active in the music communities of Minneapolis, New Orleans, the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
His work has been performed throughout North America, Southeast Asia and Europe and appears on over a dozen albums released internationally.
